Wishing all mother’s out there a beautiful day! This card was made by my friend (and a mother to a friend) Leigh Amburgey as a thank you card but when I looked at it today I thought it would have made a nice mother’s day card too. Flowers and a heartfelt sentiment creates the perfect card in my book.
I hope you will forgive me for not posting for a long while, I have been very busy being a mom! First there was the benefit for Sidney’s School, Hershey Montessori, that I co-chaired. The very next day off to the Maple Festival parade where Sidney performed as a part of the Hershey Twirlers. The week after was volunteering at the school for Grandparents day. To cap it all off May 3rd was her big DOUBLE DIGIT birthday. The whole family got together to redecorate her room.
This mother is tired. So today was all about me (as it should be right?) and doing the things that made me happy. I spent the entire day in my craft room, YAY!!! Finally, there were a few moments to unpack from OnStage, serparate the retired items on my shelves, and reorganize for all of the AMAZING items coming in the new catalog. As bonus Sidney and I made the April Paper Pumpkin together… gorgeous, love the look of this kit and really looking forward making some extras. Speaking of looking forward, the May Paper Pumpkin should start mailing today, eeek! We got to preview the kit at OnStage. Oh My do I really love it- there will be refill kits with my name on it.
